Master Damp Diagnostics Pathway

Everything a professional damp diagnostician needs, in one pathway. At its core is the Certified Damp Surveyor Classroom programme (FODCS) — City & Guilds Assured, with two classroom days and a real property survey day in High Wycombe. Around it, four online specialist courses you study at your own pace: Thermal Imaging, Leak Detection (thermal, acoustic, tracer gas and pressure testing), Mould Assessment & Remediation, and Ventilation, Condensation & Moisture Risk Management. Finish able to diagnose every moisture problem a building can present — damp, mould, condensation, hidden leaks — and evidence it properly. Exactly the breadth of competence Awaab’s Law is now demanding, and eligibility to apply for Federation of Damp membership and the public Find a Specialist register on certification.
